Location great
Room is ok
Pool are great view for top roof pool
But the desk service very bad
Did not return my IC and not even try to call
Only know my ic with them after 10 days ..

This hotel is great for travellers who doesnt have any idea of the place..very easy to navigate and see places..located near shopping malls and sights.Will probably be staying here again

Good value hotel. Very clean. Strong WiFi. Pool on rooftop was nice. Bus outside. Metro a bit of a walk away but not too bad. Very easy to get to downtown KL. Could have more food options to pick stuff up for breakfast

It’s okay hotel. Close to all amenities, lots of taxi and lots of food around.
I love catching the MRT as it close by.

Good location and walking distance to jalan raja bot. Got room with one side of klcc. Near to restaurants. Parking first come first serve. Got basement parking but RM15 overnight. Asked to make up roomo but amenities not top up but its ok.

This hotel take deposit 100 per room. But the process of returning deposit so much more complicated. I never went to hotel that take longer time to return deposits

I stayed before for a few times and the hotel is very clean. The staff is also friendly. Overall everythings good just limited parking space.

THE MALE RECEPTIONIST VERY UNPROFESIONAL. HE NOT EVEN FRIENDLY WE NEED TO ASK ABOUT THE BREAKFAST TIME, THE BREAKFAST LOCATION AND DIDN'T PROVIDE WIFI PASSWORD AS WELL. HE EVEN CHARGE AGAIN FOR THE TOURIST TAX ALTHOUGHT I ALREADY MAKE THE PAYMENT ONLINE.
