All the facilities were great, but it’s a pity that we couldn’t get a room with a view of the Twin Towers. The front desk staff said that rooms with two double beds do not face the Twin Towers.

Have a great stay here at EQ KL. It is near to many amenities and popular areas like the Pavilion. Would have love the place more if the hotel prepared something for my partner birthdays I stayed in the booking (which is why we are staying there in the first place. Other than that, would visit here again.

The room was modern, spotless, and well-designed, with comfortable bedding and a great city view. Facilities like the gym and infinity pool were impressive—clean, well-maintained, and offering one of the best skyline views in KL. Dining options were also strong, with good food and a relaxing atmosphere.
Overall, EQ Hotel delivered a high-quality experience in every aspect: service, comfort, and location. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur and would definitely return for my next trip.
