Indeed a 5 star hotel, very elegant and well designed. Great pool, clean and not too busy, with sunbeds, towels and umbrellas. Well equiped gym. Good breakfast and good food in reasonable prices. The only thing i regret is that i didnt insist to get a room facing KLCC because i paid the exact same amount of money for a room facing either KL tower or KLCC and i was assigned a room that had a completely obstructed view.

This is an excellent hotel located well in the CBD centre while it offers an extraordinary comfortable hospitality. The room offers 2-sided wide angle view with special setup by locating the bed at the centre of the room, which I love such arrangement much. The bathroom is with so much room.
The swimming pool and fitness rooms are all above my expectation. It’s a very pleasant stay.

Very good stay at EQ hotel KL.staffs are very welcoming ，polite and fast check in.Room is beautiful,big and clean.feel very comfortable and compliments all drinks like coke,orange juice and mineral water.Parking is free too. love the buffet breakfast,delicious and lots of varieties.will stay again

The service provided by all the staff was exceptional, earning a full 10 out of 10 for their attentiveness and care. The overall cleanliness and quality of the facilities were also excellent across the board. I will certainly be returning to stay at this hotel again in the future. The attention to detail and commitment to ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for guests was truly commendable. From the moment I arrived to the time I checked out, every aspect of my stay was handled with the utmost professionalism. The hotel's dedication to maintaining such high standards in both service and environment is truly admirable, and I look forward to experiencing it again on my next visit. It is clear that customer satisfaction is the top priority for this establishment.

I went to confirm with the front desk receptionist that my door keys should be working due to 2 more nights extension of my stay. Receptionist confirmed “no problems , everything is set”. However, I was still locked out from my room and my key didn’t work.
When I went to the front desk to reset my key & told the receptionist what happened. No apology was even made!!
Housekeeping were very slow also. Towels were yellow.
I don’t believe EQ hotel is worth 5 stars & they are over priced!

Great hotel, nothing to fault. Only recommendtion would be adding some family rooms with the twin tower view. Otherwise, great service, friendly stuff, nice selection of restaurants, fantastic pool and gym facilities. The room very spotless and spacious, very modern and well maintained. Hotel was also very generous with facilities as everything in the mini bar is free and refill request was happily fullfilled by the hotel. Definately one of the best 5-star hotels in KL, walking distance to the Twin Tower, Pavillion Shopping Mall and Jalan Alor night market. Definately recommended as it is also very affordable.
