All the facilities were great, but it’s a pity that we couldn’t get a room with a view of the Twin Towers. The front desk staff said that rooms with two double beds do not face the Twin Towers.

Have a great stay here at EQ KL. It is near to many amenities and popular areas like the Pavilion. Would have love the place more if the hotel prepared something for my partner birthdays I stayed in the booking (which is why we are staying there in the first place. Other than that, would visit here again.

I booked this hotel room on a last minute decision and it turned out to be the best decision for the trip! First off, the location was really good, just a 7-10 min walk to pavillion, and bukit bintang. And if you walk using the back door of the hotel, there’s an overhead bridge that links all the way to KLCC which was about a 10 min walk too. The service was superb, dinesh from the front desk granted us an early check in which was really good after a long drive! And the rooms were spectacularly clean, spacious and comfortable! We didn’t take the breakfast option since we wanted to head out to eat, but the buffet seemed really tempting each time we walked past it. All in all, it was a brilliant stay for my family. We truly enjoyed the room, the amenities and oh did I mention, the view from the pool was amazing!
