This is my first time staying here. I stay here from 11/6/25 to 12/6/25. The hotel is very nice. However, I have noticed that receptionists require some training to provide better customer service. Around 12:15, a lady called me and began talking rudely about my room check-out. I understand I should leave at 12 p.m. However, one of the receptionists informed me that I could stay in the room until 5 p.m. without incurring late check-out fees. That is the reason I did not go there. So, management, please train your employees. They don't know how to interact with their guests. I believe Hilton Garden Inn is a four-star hotel. Please do not sacrifice your service or the guest experience.
