The staff’s attention to detail was simply outstanding. One particular gesture touched us deeply: when they made up our room, they didn’t just tidy up—they noticed our phone charger, gently coiled it, and even secured it with a neat velcro tape holder embossed with the hotel’s name. Such a thoughtful and unexpected touch! 🪄🔌 It’s small things like this that leave a lasting impression and show the pride the hotel takes in caring for its guests.

A Truly Memorable Stay with Stunning Views & Outstanding Service
Our stay at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Kuala Lumpur was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was impeccable. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, professional, and eager to help.
The highlight of our experience was the stunning view of the iconic KLCC right from our room. Waking up and seeing the Petronas Twin Towers so close was breathtaking, especially at night when they lit up the skyline. The room itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and felt luxurious in every way.
A special mention must go to Mohammad at the reception counter. He went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, helping us with a late checkout and ensuring we were given a room with an amazing KLCC view. His attentiveness, friendliness, and professionalism truly stood out and made us feel valued as guests.
Overall, MO exceeded our expectations in every way, world-class service, incredible views, and a prime location in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. We left with wonderful memories and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting KL. We’ll definitely be returning!

I absolutely loved their executive lounge. The staff there were all wonderful – incredibly friendly, always smiling, and providing excellent service. It was also a huge bonus to have some really nice young men and women who could speak Chinese! While the hotel might not be brand new, it's very well-maintained. Its location right next to the Petronas Twin Towers and a shopping mall makes it incredibly convenient.

Thank you so much for giving me a great birthday setup in my room and also cakes to celebrate my 50th. Truly appreciate the Malaysian hospitality. However I am very disappointed with the air conditioning in the room. It is rather old throttling system that is not cold enough and we had to ask for help in the middle of the night. It was merely resolved. I hope when I stay next MO will help to make sure my room is in good order with good AC.

The room was immaculately clean, with no hidden corners, and beautifully designed. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly from the moment we arrived, and even remembered our names by the second day – such a lovely personal touch! 😂 The location is fantastic, very close to Suria Shopping Mall. The area is quite lively at night, making it super convenient to catch a late-night movie and easily return to the hotel. Oh, and the hotel breakfast was absolutely delicious!

Had a wonderful time at MO Kl, and as I was celebrating my birthday there I believed they upgraded my room, not sure tbh.
Overall great and lovely experience, breakfast was mid in comparison to W KL, but it was good.

It was our first stay at Mandarin Oriental. We checked in to celebrate hubs birthday. The hotel is definitely a dream! We received plenty of treats by the staff, they sung us happy birthday and wished for a great stay. We also had the buffet dinner at the hotel. It was scrumptious. The breakfast was great too!
