Hotel 🏨 good location but amenities provide not complete as per description, have to request from counter they just provide

Clean room, comfortable bed, hot water, and nice staffs, good room rates, highly recommended

I like the facilities .. its easy to access to any restaurant and shop .. the staff also very helpful

Just nice for a place to rest. Location is good and convenient to at the center of KL.

It’s a basic hotel but very convenient. I would stay again but would pay more for the loft rooms instead for extra space and some sunlight. Has a nice working area!

1st & last stay at hotel,service sangat teruk👎🏼 Time for check in take a long time for register,& after that terus masuk bilik switch on Aircon& tv,around 30 minutes tak terasa sejuk pun something wrong with the aircon & cll receptionist need maintenance come to check..still tak okay so staff suggest change a room but my husband tak nak susahkan diorang husband I suggest tukar remote Aircon & Berhasil laa dari tak sejuk boleh laa rasa la sikit sejuk tu,part toilet pula tersangat laaa KOTOR! seriously 🤮 time for check out tunggu punya tunggu cleaner tak check lagi..I & my husband still waiting trdengar prbualan reception & cleaner tak sempat nk check katanya so nmpk laa staff reception minta supervisor diorang yg tolong naik checking bilik..AGAIN WAITING utk dapatkn Deposit sesudahnya supervisor Perempuan tu turun dengan MUKA SOMBONG! Inform dgn staff reception tu cakap bilik tu bau smoking 🚬 sedngkan my husband tak smoking pun dengan senangnya hati setelah menunggu terlalu lama staff tu boleh declare BURN DEPOSIT 🤷🏻♀️ Mudah kann diorang buat duit takda bukti ada putin rokok @ sisa habuk rokok pun terus judge,so hati hati laa you’ll yg nak check in sini,NOT RECOMMENDED 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼❌
