1) Dusty Floor. 2) There is underwear left by maybe from previous tenant. 3) Book for two days but need to add other payment for basic amenities that usually provided.. like parking and pools. 4) No water bottle provided but you still can ask for it from the person incharge but its already hard to find that person plus there’s no phone link directly to inform desk hotel. 5) Kindly please service your aircond cause its not cold enough. 6) They only give you iron without iron board, unluckily I got iron with broken part to adjust the temperature. 7) Dont fall for the pool picture.. u cant even enter that area unless u pay.. 8) Please put number on every door, everynight there’s someone who will tried to open my door because I got room with shared main door. 9) please note their toilet is a glass through that u can see when someone take shower. Other than that this place suitable for business trip or u only want to do nothing activities inside that building and sleep all day. They provide washing machine with dryer, small fridge,microwave, tv, kettle, iron, hair dryer, tooth brush, shampoo, body wash, and toilet paper.

I vy angry cos swimming pool hv caj , wat rule for staying u need additional caj some more the room light is rosak bt they vy fast settle tis issue ( if who wan stay here pls think before u stay) I wouldnt recommed tis expressionz professional suite They hv 2 pool ! Level 8 & Level 48 All u need pay no free !

Even though we got an offer from this hotel it was worth staying at it. We like it. Recommend for others to stay there.

Shame the room has a bedbugs and I was itching 2 whenever I stayed in bed! Otherwise I would give 3 stars minimum! Good viewed, nice swimming pool but if u don’t have a transport it would be a bit inconvenient because nothing around not even a convenient shop at all! Attachments viewed from my room

2 nights well spent, very affordable price for a stay this good! Checkin went straightforward (well, lucky I exchanged money because there's a RM200 deposit), the room is clean, and it's really complete. There's a microwave, washing machine, bidet (essential for me) and fridge. The view from the infinity pool is also very pretty. Only downside is that it's far from public transport. Overall a great stay.

Mixed feelings about this hotel. good location, at a reasonable walking distance from Petronas Twin Towers, and very close to MRT. Very few services (no room cleaning, no 24h reception, coffee distributor is not working, no airport transfer etc.). The room itself was big and spacious, but unfortunately it was quite dirty! Towels and sheets look extremely old and consumed. There wasn't even enough toilet paper for 3 days. The pools are amazing and make up for the rest, but I would not recommend this structure for your stay in KL.

I love the view.The location is perfect and the price is reasonable.Highly recommended☹️✈️
