Our room was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and stocked with thoughtful amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from my window added an extra touch of magic to my mornings

The hotel is in a good location, accessible by LRT. The walkway from train station to the hotel is roofed. The room is clean and quiet. A coffee machine is provided on every floor. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We love this hotel a lot

The room was spacious and clean. However, there was a bad smell from the bathroom drain when showering. I informed the front desk and they responded quickly. It improved after that, but the smell was still slightly noticeable the next day — not sure why.
The hotel is located in a quiet area with not much nearby, and only two restaurants in the hotel.
Facilities are limited. The swimming pool is quite small and there’s not much entertainment.
Overall, it’s a comfortable place if you just want to relax in the room. But if you’re looking for activities, it might feel a bit boring. For the price, though, it offers good value.

Excellent stay. Good location for those driving as it is a centralised location.
Room is aesthetically pleasing. The 2 beds is a bonus especially if you have a lot of kids.
Loved the stay that we decided to extend another night. Will def be back.

Fantastic stay at Alila, views were incredible no matter day or night, highly recommended. Staffs were also very accommodating. Location is great too it’s very near KL Sentral.
