It was a really nice stay. You never miss this hotel. It makes our family happy.

The whole stay was pleasant, nice room view facing the twin tower, wonderful facility and perfect location, highly recommended!

Nowadays Four Seasons are not particularly attractive when compared to other luxury brands in town. For a St Regis or Mandarin Oriental, you get way more. However, Kuala Lumpur being Kuala Lumpur, it’s difficult to find good hotels in town anyhow. This hotel is relatively new, and the hardware isn’t bad. The pool is unappealing, and the concierge service is lacking in that they cannot do anything more than delivering luggage. Basic things like turndown or in room dining is good. Breakfast is unremarkable. For the price, it wasn’t bad. For a Four Seasons, well it depends on what you find a Four Seasons to be.

Courtesy not excellent Luggage took 1 hour to arrive after requesting for it n that resulted we missed our Zohor prayers!!! Food quality at curate deteriiorated ( breakfast) Chinese restaurant service and food good Booked for second night stay tro hotel - told full not able to book Book tro Agoda for same room but was downgraded by hotel as same room am staying someone wanted 5 rooms in a row!!!. At least should have upgraded then to downgrade to accomodate. For 6 star hotel this not acceptable

bad smelling in all corridors and rooms. maintenance work from 10.00 to 18.00, impossible to sleep. broken bar fridge in the room. Room dining m without photos. spa with only one therapist Is not a four season level

All was super greats (check-in & out, front desk, room, toiletries, ammenities - parking, lift, pools, wifi, coffee-makers, toiletries, toilet, bed, pillows) except for the view that facing a construction site & breakfast buffet which was so-so; a lot of varieties but taste was quite bland especially sambal-based dishes.

The impeccable service and attention to detail truly made my experience exceptional I’m truly impressed by the level of comfort and luxury your hotel provided during my stay. The staff's warmth and professionalism were truly remarkable.The beautifully designed rooms and stunning views added a special touch to my experience and I wanted to extend my appreciation for the top-notch service and amenities your hotel offers.

The hotel is as advertised. Very premium and everything is well thought. The only area which underwhelmed us was the breakfast. There were a lot of varieties but the food was just ok.

Her thoughtful guidance enabled me to make the most of the hotel's amenities. Additionally, the delightful anniversary cake she arranged added a sweet touch to the beginning of my journey. Despite minor issues that arose during my stay, Ms. Neoxuan and Mr. Shazarique handled them with utmost professionalism, resolving each concern with remarkable efficiency. Their profound understanding of hospitality truly shone through, ensuring my comfort until the moment I checked out. I extend my sincere gratitude to both of them, and I intend to share this commendable experience with Four Seasons headquarters in Canada. Facilities and Amenities: The hotel boasts a range of facilities, including a pool and spa, that elevate the overall experience. Enjoying a delicious breakfast on the 6th floor with a breathtaking view of the park was an unforgettable experience. The underwater music in the pool added a unique touch of novelty, and the scenic view from the pool area was equally impressive. The rooms, equipped with bidets and featuring Deep Tech amenities, provided a fragrant and convenient atmosphere. The luxurious bed further added to the overall excellence of the accommodations. Overall Impression: In my opinion, there is no hotel in Kuala Lumpur that surpasses the exceptional standards set by Four Seasons. stayed here twice and both were delightful despite some setbacks! so convenient to shop and attend concert/events which i did. the staff were so friendly and welcoming. breakfast food & room service were all very flavourful!

Mr. Cond'e was very professional, warm and hospitable. Guest should reserve hard pillows from the pillow menu to experience a pleasant night of rest. There were no complimentary upgrade of room due to peak season. Due to the delay in flight the hotel staff, Ms. Crystal assisted for a later checkout. Thank you.
