Thank You Letter to JW Marriott Hotel and Staff Dear JW Marriott Hotel Team, I am writing this letter with immense gratitude to express my sincere thanks to your hotel staff, particularly Mr. Jubaire at the front desk and the three lovely colleagues who created the congratulatory card for us. Last month, my husband and I had just gotten married, and we chose your hotel as our accommodation for our honeymoon. When checking in, Mr. Jubaire at the front desk learned about our honeymoon trip and proactively upgraded our room to the 19th floor. This thoughtful gesture allowed us to enjoy a more comfortable environment and a better view during our stay, making us feel warm as soon as we arrived at the hotel. What surprised us even more was a beautifully crafted card placed in our room, which was carefully made by three staff members and filled with sincere honeymoon wishes. Not only was the card well-designed, but every line of it was full of heartfelt care. My husband and I were deeply touched when we saw it, and we have now taken it home and kept it properly as a precious memento of this wonderful journey. It is worth mentioning that before staying at your hotel, we had experienced a high-end brand under Hyatt. However, in comparison, the warm "exclusive moments" created by JW Marriott touched us much more deeply. It is precisely because of attentive staff like Mr. Jubaire and the three colleagues who made the card that our honeymoon trip became so unforgettable. Once again, I would like to express my thanks to your hotel and all the staff. I will also share this wonderful experience with my friends, and will definitely give priority to JW Marriott for my future travels! Selina

One of the best Hotels in Kuala Lumpur. Service always makes you feel at home, not pushy, always helpful.

Need to wait for 10mins for concierge to check my booking when i’m already late 2hrs but issokay as they give a complimentary chocolate cake room service. The room is soo spacious and tv quality also good. As expected, the bathtub is quite small. Even i’m petite, it is quite smol for me😅 the breakfast : tons of choices and chefkiss for the diamond custard. It is SUPER DUPER DELICIOUS. Thanks me later! This is my first self-reward at a 5 ⭐ hotel, hence i give 4.5/5. Thank you JW Marriot for the accomodation & service

Very good location with extremely helpful staff. I also enjoyed auto upgrade for room. Like it a lot, spacious and nice.
