Not a good experience. The bedsheet had blood stains, and the kitchen sink was blocked. The bathroom mirror had many black marks, and most importantly, the sofa was not clean at all. The chair had a hole in it, and the floor was sticky. The shuttle bus service was also terrible ,when returning from Suria KLCC, I communicated with the driver about the pickup time, but he never responded to WhatsApp messages or calls. We ended up wasting time and had to take a cab back to the hotel. Breakfast was very average, with not many options. Overall, I was disappointed with this hotel booking and the experience.
