Overall, the internet speed was fast, but it really depended on the day.
On good days, the connection was very stable and fast.
However, on bad days, it was almost impossible to connect at all.
If they could make the connection more consistent, it would be perfect.

- Location is good in city center, but quite messy, a lot of foreigners and Bangladesh around.
- Hotel not provided with disposable slippers, floor is sandy.
- my lift card is default, I have to climb the stairs up to level 7 from ground floor Bcz I can’t access to lift, front desk no one to help

Overall is good. The only drawback is the air conditioner. 5pm evening on 24th May, I have informed counter that my air conditioner was not functioning and she told me will check on it later. Okay, the air conditioner works 30 mins and after 30 mins does not work it anymore and need to restart again and again, just wasting my time only. You know that the feeling that super hot till cannot sleep??? Until 3pm/4pm like that can fall asleep 😄😄 25th May we checked out and listened what the staff said, I think its unaccountable, makes me feel like ‘ you guys are tolak away the responsibilities ‘ , a simple word SORRY or MAAF also didn’t mention, I can’t see the hotel responsibilities. Please improve , truly tqvm 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
