This hotel is abit old but is hood after renovation. Water is hot enough and toilet is clean enough. I like their toilet design

This is my second time staying here for a short trip with family. It’s an old hotel, so I didn’t expect much but overall, I’m satisfied. A perfect spot for a quick stay at a reasonable price.

So far the hotel condition and also the room o booked for an overnight vefore and my wedding to ease prepare and makeup session are good. Comfortable room to stay. Price for extra bed also not too expansive. Nice 3-4 star hotel with affordable price.

i stayed at level 9 Ruby King room, level 10 had Noisy renovation on CNY days 1 & 2 MORNINGS, drilling & hammering; hotel staff were irresponsible and liars too. they kept insisting there was no ongoing renovation, claimed they asked security to check, till i went upstairs myself to film the dusty & noisy renovation works as attached, and showed the video to them
ridiculously, no hotel manager was on duty as it was PH, yet noisy construction works were still ongoing?
this hotel was owned by a chinese towkay, and handed down to his 2 daughters (1 is the CEO, 1 is the project manager in charge of the renovations) when he passed on. utterly irresponsible & inconsiderate planning from these sisters (i’m Chinese myself). Poorly-run family business in the service line/hotel & leisure industry
