So far the hotel condition and also the room o booked for an overnight vefore and my wedding to ease prepare and makeup session are good. Comfortable room to stay. Price for extra bed also not too expansive. Nice 3-4 star hotel with affordable price.

Hello! Thank you for the excellent service, especially the male receptionist—I can't recall his name, but he was very friendly and welcoming. I stayed for work purposes for four days, and it was comfortable. However, the parking area a bit small. As a woman who’s not used to driving, I found it a bit difficult to park in tight spaces. But I understand the location. Overall, it was comfortable, and I would recommend it to others. It’s within walking distance to the mall and MRT.

i stayed at level 9 Ruby King room, level 10 had Noisy renovation on CNY days 1 & 2 MORNINGS, drilling & hammering; hotel staff were irresponsible and liars too. they kept insisting there was no ongoing renovation, claimed they asked security to check, till i went upstairs myself to film the dusty & noisy renovation works as attached, and showed the video to them
ridiculously, no hotel manager was on duty as it was PH, yet noisy construction works were still ongoing?
this hotel was owned by a chinese towkay, and handed down to his 2 daughters (1 is the CEO, 1 is the project manager in charge of the renovations) when he passed on. utterly irresponsible & inconsiderate planning from these sisters (i’m Chinese myself). Poorly-run family business in the service line/hotel & leisure industry

Nearby the hotel really hard to find any delicious foods to eat. Every Monday are heavy traffic due to night market right in front of the hotel. KSL shopping mall run down, better go midvalley southkey.
