The apartment is nice. The hostess is polite and helpful. The only thing that made me nervous was that someone was banging on my door and shouting through the door in the hallway on the first night, and there were no cameras on the floor, which made me nervous about leaving my belongings in the room because I couldn't prove anything in case of an incident. Additionally, the two women who worked at the front desk during the evening shift were extremely unpleasant and rude. The girl in the headscarf was so aggressive and incompetent that she started yelling at me in her own language when I asked her to help me with my wifi issue. She even had the audacity to ask me if I was a Muslim! This was completely unacceptable for any reason. The older woman told me not to make a big deal out of it when I asked her why she was yelling at me in her native language, which I didn't understand, with an angry expression on her face. Teach these two how to properly communicate with guests and follow basic etiquette rules, so that other hotel guests are not shocked!

Comfortable accommodation, very suitable for families. Clean room conditions with attractive views.
