Overall ok,only parking is expensive RM20

On the bright side, great infinity pool and common amenities (coworking space, gym, ...).
On the downsides, the staff is pretty rude (no "hello" by text, kinda lied to us when we showed up at 3pm for checkin, which was clearly not ready, telling us that the elevator ride downstaires took 30 min.... haha, and hung up on me when I tried to call him). Might have been some communication issue but not feeling very welcome there. Also "Jaccuzi" is cold water same as the main pool temperature.

I specifically chose the location near KL Sentral. The room is on the 51st floor, the view from the windows is beautiful at night.
The room is suitable for one night, for a long time I would choose another option. There is a hair dryer, iron, a small amount of dishes.
Contactless check-in, convenient.
On the 30th floor there is a laundry, washing and drying for 5 ringgit. There is also an observation deck.
