This is my second stay in this hotel. This time I got a better room than my previous stay with the same rates. The room was bigger and with 3 hangers on a rail. The previous room had only 2 hooks attached to the wall, very small room. This type of room can only stay for a night, not comfortable. The room with windows are very noisy coz is located in busy Chinatown main road though convenient. If for more nights stay not recommended.

The hotel is located in a lively area near Petaling street with lots of eateries and good transportation options nearby. The room was somewhat small, but enough for one person. There were no slippers and clothes hangers and the lack of refrigerator was a huge minus. The room facing the main street was extremely noisy until the late hours. I'd only recommend it for travellers on a tight budget or for those who just need a place to stay for a couple of nights.

Very small rooms, and the air conditioning barely working. It has a lot of potential if they just hired a cleaning crew. Homeless in front, location is ok since bus stop to airport is nearby... And a 24 hour Indian food place and convenience store.

The location is very convenient — just about a 10-minute walk from MRT/LRT Pasar Seni. The hotel itself is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s only a 1-minute walk to Petaling Street, where you’ll find lots of places to eat and explore. I really enjoyed the stay and will definitely visit again next time!

Strategy location, just next to Petaling Street. Also near the MRT and many attractions just with a walking distance.
The staff is very friendly, it's a full house on the day I arrived and she is still able to change the available room for me without waiting. Only one thing is when I entered the room it had a very strong smoking smell and had feedback to reception.

This hotel is strategically located in the city center. The room is a bit small but just good enough for someone to rest peacefully. I enjoyed my stay overall. I love the hot and cold shower and the room is clean too. Not to mention, the attentiveness of staff and their courteousness. Thank you for letting me borrow an adapter.

Very clean but small room. It's very suitable for single traveller. Very friendly and professional staffs. Check in and check out procedures and process is very fast. Cool air cons. Very nice hot shower. Recommended
