Loved my stay at Moxy Kuala Lumpur! The room was cozy with great city views, and the pool + bar was the perfect chill spot. Trendy vibes, friendly staff, and super convenient location — highly recommend!

Everything was great; clean rooms, nice firm bed, strong showers, ample toiletries and great accessibility throughout downtown KL. The only downside was the loud music from the bar, with bass resignations travelling all the way up to 17th floor from the 9th. This would be a weekly occurrence, with Saturday being the ladies' night.

I stayed here on August 29th and had a wonderful experience. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere and convenient location. Definitely a great choice for both work and leisure stays, would happily stay here again!

Strategic location and good service from front desk. I love the hotel design but the hotel breakfast need to be improved. No much choice for Vegan.

The room is clean and we liked the gym. However the swimming pool water is salty as I accidentally tasted the water. The hotel needs to drain the pool water and clean it for hygiene.

Fantastic stay at Moxy. Location is great with Merdeka square next door and Petaling street in less than 5 minutes walk. Great food all around.
Service was excellent and the games so fun.
Will stay again for sure.
Great view from the pool too (could you extend the opening hours after 7pm please ?)
One point to note: make the swimming pool area not smoking. I understand it’s next to the bar, but swimming and having fun with kids when uncles are smoking around us is not great.

The only drawback is that the people in the next room smoke, causing the smoke to drift into the room.
