Cheap, affordable, spacious, clean, cozy, nice room offered. Can parking at the road side, many improvements done at this hotel compared to previous one.

I feel very good. Speciall thanks for Syiraa, she was so helpful, attentive and motivated to help us during the stay. From getting coffeee set and water, to anything in the stay, she always assisted. Its more than pleasant. I must explore kl again!!

We received the room card at 4pm which is 1 hour later than the check in time. Then, receptionist gave the card and we couldn't use the card. I had to go down to the reception to check on that and go back to my room. They have deducted my deposit saying the towel and bedsheet are dirty. It's just a light stain and it's washable. Still, they haven't returned my deposit. Very bad experience

Overall is ok but only thing need improve is the sound. The room soundproofing is poor, whole night can hear the sound from outside room.
