overall are good. The cleanliness is acceptable for this price and the location is quite good which is near trx and only 5min walk to metro station. The service also not bad

The unit was okay, just the toilet drain not functioning well. Have feedback to the incharge.
Quite shock the incharge was foreignor. But for me it fine as long as he understand our language.
Parking : Minus point for parking to far and hard to find the unit number. Maybe can provide photos or landmark for the parking unit.
Facilities : playground and pool really attractive

Heavy rain can splashing into entrance door due to corner unit, parking lot located at high level 8, building renovation materials along the way to parking lot.

Mohamed jahanggir was responsive, but a bit cold. Maybe its the language barrier, I dont know.
Parking huge, it could be tricky especially to find the nearest lobby dedicated to our block.
The fridge needed wiping and refreshed. Floor needed to be mopped. Rugs in the living room had cookie crumbs. When I ask if i can have someone come over and vacuum, they said because ramadhan staffs are tired. But i thought our productivity shall be if not the same level but more than before in ramadhan? (Boy i wish i could say that to my boss that I am tired and dont wanna do work ;) )
Ended up had to sweep and mop on my own (had to buy the magic clean disposable mop).
Kitchen ok minimal equipment for light and i mean very light cooking. Plates had to be rewashed.
Washing machine/dryer was superb, and they provided the laundry powder
No hangers to hang your clothes. So bring your own. Iron board and iron available but very dry iron not steam iron. You may want to iron some of your clothes before coming over. No water filter dispenser but they provide bottled water.
Owh no slippers too, and the aircond can be unforgiving, so bring your own house slippers.
But overall it was pretty much value for money place.

Very good experience staying here. Staffs were really helpful and friendly.Parking a bit confusing.. But overall good!! definitely will repeat stay here.

The first impression after arrived is dissappointing. The key holder is foreigner and difficult to communicate. Have to wait the key holder at the guard house for quite sometime. The system is too complicated. The house is good but the service is dissapointing. Not to repeat.
