The front office has been divided into 3 names of apartments. The lady at a different apartment will act like a princess as long as she knows you are not coming for her apartment.
Waiting for the elevator will be the big problem 😞
The swimming pool located at the rooftop is superb.

Nice hotel, cool pool, good location. I was confused that for all days there was no cleaning, rubbish bags should be left in the entrance.

Place is at a good location. Close to subway and Little India. Have to request room service otherwise room won’t be cleaned and towels won’t be replaced. Concierge needs to have better service especially informing guests to call via WhatsApp rather than text otherwise requests won’t be met and messages won’t get a response.

Hotel has a great location near Sentral and the monorail. Rooftop pool is cool, gym is small but aight. Room is OK but 2 problems, 1. They don't include hand-wash which is stupid, and 2. It's near a mosque which blasted music at about 6.30am interrupting mans sleep.

Long wait for the elevators sometimes.
Front office staff OK but not exactly smiling and welcoming.
Good gym and pool but limited hours
No fridge in room
No shelves in shower (yes minor I know)

Good location just a few minutes away from KL Sentral station and the NU mall with many eating options and shops. Also close to the Tun Sambanthan station. The room is ok, comfortable bed and very nice views. The shower was a bit confusing as there were 2 shower heads and it took me a bit to figure out that only the second and smaller one had hot water while the main tab was rather cooler. Also, while there was shampoo and body wash in the shower, there was no soap bar for the sink and we had to get into the shower every time we wanted to wash our hands which wasn’t great. Apart from that there is no much else in the room but no much more you need for a short stay. The best is the infinity pool in the 54th floor and the amazing views at night! What I like about this ‘apartment’ in comparison to other similar ones in airbnb is that there is a kind of reception where you can leave your luggage before and after.
