We had a pleasant stay here. Such an amazing atmosphere. A must stay place. After a long day, u get to get a session in the sauna, u relax urself in the jacuzzi and dip in the swimming pool. Watch from afar the Petronas tower and other beautiful towers. Loving the sight. Location is ideal close to all major bus and metro lines.

The room is big. Absolutely good KUALA LUMPUR city view. Just we have to wait for long time as it's only 4 lifts. Overall, It's worth to stay .

This is the 3rd time I stayed in The Riv KL Sentral for my business trips. This is the 1st time I stayed in the unit under the Upper operator. I seldom make complaints but I need to do it for this round 1. There's not a single hook provided in both bathroom n toilet, I'm not sure what type of concept is this. 2. The only place to hang my clothes is the shower knob, but the shower head is leaking, I guess the O-ring was not installed, hence my clothes were wet, that's so disappointing 3. I need to charge all my gadgets on the floor, since no cabinet provided near the wall sockets. Mirror without wall socket, and wall socket without mirror, how to use the hair dryer with mirror? 4. We took a twin bed room for 2 person, but they Provided 1 chair only, Genius. 5. Towels had a strong strange smell, might be the bleach smell. Pls check with your cleaning vendor. Really a bad experience with Upper, too bad I can't upload a video.

I had a great stay at this hotel overall. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient for getting around. The only downside was the elevator wait time. It often took quite a while, especially during peak hours. It would definitely help if this could be improved.

Good location, walkable distance from KL Sentral. Despite part of a condo, the front desk is easy to find. The room is clean, and the shower room is separated from the toilet, which is very convenient. There are a swimming pool and a fitness center on the top floor (52nd floor) that we can use. From there, I really enjoyed the view of KL city.

The hotel is near to kl Sentral which is plus sign, you can have access to all transportation and food options are more. Over all the service and amenities were good. It was a good experience for me.
