Upper Hotel Suites Kl Sentral

This is the 3rd time I stayed in The Riv KL Sentral for my business trips. This is the 1st time I stayed in the unit under the Upper operator. I seldom make complaints but I need to do it for this round 1. There's not a single hook provided in both bathroom n toilet, I'm not sure what type of concept is this. 2. The only place to hang my clothes is the shower knob, but the shower head is leaking, I guess the O-ring was not installed, hence my clothes were wet, that's so disappointing 3. I need to charge all my gadgets on the floor, since no cabinet provided near the wall sockets. Mirror without wall socket, and wall socket without mirror, how to use the hair dryer with mirror? 4. We took a twin bed room for 2 person, but they Provided 1 chair only, Genius. 5. Towels had a strong strange smell, might be the bleach smell. Pls check with your cleaning vendor. Really a bad experience with Upper, too bad I can't upload a video.

I had a great stay at this hotel overall. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient for getting around. The only downside was the elevator wait time. It often took quite a while, especially during peak hours. It would definitely help if this could be improved.

Very close to monorail Tun Sambanthan station with walking distance less than 5 minutes. The room we stayed is near lift and with high floor. The view very beautiful, can see KLCC and KL tower in a same view 😍 very recommended With this value of money... It's super worth it.

The location is near to KL sentral. It's an apartment hotel. The problem was with the elevator that only have 4 elevator. So, we need to patient to quee for going up to our room.

everything good enough except lift problem need to wait tooooooo long sad....

Good places to stay. second time being here and will repeat it again soon
