It's an old house, the shower facilities aren't good, and the agent is very late in responding to customers. It's unpleasant. I wouldn't recommend it.

It was a very bad accommodation experience. The facilities were very poor and the room was very small. The elderly could not get used to it. We immediately changed hotels and applied for early check-out. They agreed very well in Kuala Lumpur and said they would refund us one night's room fee. But they immediately changed their mind after we came back. They did not answer the phone or reply to text messages. If this was the case, why didn't they just not agree to refund the money from the beginning? Such a shameless operation is really disgusting.
