The apartment was flooded multiple times because of the rain and the host basically did nothing! There was mold everywhere (cutting board, walls, sofa...) and all my personal belongings got molded (see photos)! I had to pay for special cleaning to clean my clothes and my bags. The host called me yelling and saying it was MY FAULT the apartment got flooded by the rain, but the doors and windows were closed the whole time. Water actually came infiltrated through the tiles and the walls. Terrible maintenance! Terrible support! I would like to receive compensation! After every rain the floor would get a bit wet, but the worst happened after heavy rains two days before check-out. I had complained one week prior to no avail.

Check-in was troublesome. It was in a small corner on the second floor, and the staff didn't work before 11 o'clock. We arrived in Kuala Lumpur at 6 o'clock in the morning, arrived at the hotel at 8 o'clock, and waited until after 11 o'clock before someone checked us in. However, the room service guy was very friendly and told us to call him if we needed anything. I can only say that the price is advantageous. It's not far from the city center at more than 200 a night.
