Strongly avoid this place, don't stay here, if I can give no stars, I will definitely give no stars!!!
1. There is not even a trash can in the room;
2. I stayed there for several days in a row, but they didn't even change the towels, and they said they wanted to clean it, and I had to pay 65RM separately;
3. The toothpaste was dry and couldn't be used at all;
4. The customer service attitude was poor, and it was impossible to communicate. They would even confront the customers when they had requests.

It is unimaginable that as a hotel, there is no front desk and no reception facilities. After we arrived at the lobby, we were instructed by the store to wait for random passers-by to swipe the access card and we quietly followed them in to get the room card. This way of checking in is unheard of. When we communicated with the store, the store refused to answer the phone and the store's attitude was very perfunctory. It was impossible to check in through formal and legal channels. In this case, I applied to cancel the order and asked for a refund, but the platform refused. It is unimaginable! I now strongly request to complain to this hotel! And ask the platform for a refund! I can't check in at all! Due to the store's inaction, I failed to check in successfully. Why did the platform refuse my refund!
