The experience of staying at Scarletz Suite this time was really great! The landlord was very enthusiastic and attentive. He provided a detailed check-in guide before check-in, which allowed us to check in smoothly. The room was clean and tidy, with a modern and simple design style, giving us a warm feeling at home. What surprised me most was that the facilities in the room were very complete. Not only was there Netflix to watch TV series, but the bed was soft and comfortable, allowing us to sleep soundly every night. The location is also very convenient. It is within walking distance to KLCC, the Petronas Twin Towers, and the food court. There are also convenience stores and cafes downstairs, making life very convenient. The security measures in the building are also very good. You need to swipe your card to enter and exit, which is very reassuring. Overall, this was an excellent accommodation experience, and I will definitely choose here next time I come to Kuala Lumpur! Highly recommended to friends who come to travel or on business trips!

One night I had an important document to print, and I asked the front desk at 3 a.m. She was very nice and enthusiastic to help me print it, but then she didn't charge me for it. I was very embarrassed. I was in the hotel on Christmas Day, the 25th. I bought potato chips and ice tea for her from the convenience store here. Christmas Eve will not be boring if there are snacks. Christmas is a heart-warming holiday. I hope everyone can feel human touch in each other's hearts. 3. There is access control after 12 o'clock, and you need to press the room card on each floor. 4. There are 2 supermarkets downstairs, one in the lobby is open until 2 o'clock, and another one across the street is open 24 hours. There are also 2 restaurants nearby that are open 24 hours, so you can eat in the middle of the night. 5. There is a parking space for those who drive, right inside the building, and it is also convenient for locals. 6. Because I am a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children, I chose its twin room. It is very comfortable, the bed is big, and the city view is beautiful. 7. The landlord can contact you through whatsapp or wechat. You can communicate with him if you have any missing items. He is very polite and responds quickly. 8. The room actually has two air conditioners, which can be used in both the bedroom and the living room. The landlord is really considerate. 9. Let’s talk about the living room first. It has a large projection screen TV, a comfortable sofa that can seat 3 people, and 2 coffee tables that are more than enough to hold mobile phones and eat. There are also many charging stations, which is great. 10. The kitchen has an oven, an induction cooker, a sink, a large refrigerator, a washing machine (with full washing and drying functions), and most importantly, a clothes drying rack (a very considerate landlord). The wardrobe is large and there are enough clothes racks. 11. The toilet has enough space for you to put dry and dirty clothes. The key point is that the water pressure is very sufficient. I am a person who pays great attention to hot water and water pressure. Taking a bath here will make you extremely comfortable and relieve stress. You will not run out of heat halfway through the wash. Water, the water pressure is so strong that it has a massage effect. It is so comfortable. I must give this a thumbs up! 12. The toilet also provides shower gel, shampoo, roll paper, large and small towels, toothpaste and toothbrushes, garbage bags and wall-mounted hair dryers, etc., everything is available, everything you need is available, and nothing is missing. 13. I would like to share an experience here. I stayed for 4 nights, and I went out on one day. After sitting for half an hour, I arrived at the restaurant and found that my backpack was missing. There was a very important backpack with my passport and credit card in it. At first I thought it was in the car, so I asked the driver. I checked back to see if I was in the car; then I remembered that I had been sitting in the lobby for 10 minutes and contacted the landlord. Because my English is not very good, let alone Malay, the landlord was very enthusiastic to help me ask the front desk to monitor and check, and found that I was not there at all. Back out the door, a false alarm. Later, the landlord said that there was only one room card at the front desk, so he taught me to ask the front desk to use the elevator to go upstairs. He also provided me with a temporary password at the door. I have to write a review to praise this matter. Where can I find such a good and considerate landlord? Of course there are advantages and disadvantages, but there are too many advantages: 1. There are many people queuing up in the lobby downstairs at any time, waiting to get on the elevator. There are too many people staying in the hotel, and sometimes you have to wait for 3 elevators before it is your turn to get on the elevator. This is no wonder, the location is so good. 2. The toilet has a semi-dry and wet design, which is a bit weird. If you want it to be in full gear, otherwise water will keep splashing outside and the bathroom floor will always be wet... 3. The soundproofing at the door is OK, but the soundproofing on the upper and lower floors is average, but it's not too noisy, so it's okay. 4. I am a group of 4. If possible, I hope the hotel can provide towels and slippers for 4 people, so that I don’t have to bother the landlord all the time.
