First of all, the host was super nice and the service was really fast. Check-in was easy. The place had all the amenities, just two sets, but that’s fine since my family already brought extra. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had two bathrooms — one in the master bedroom and one near the living room. Loved the city view! The location is very strategic — you can just walk around without needing a car. If you drive, the traffic can be really bad, so better to just walk or order a Grab if you don’t feel like walking. The pool was quite big, and at night you can enjoy the city view from the rooftop. Really recommended for a family staycation. The only downside is the lift can be really slow during peak hours since a lot of people use it.

Huge apartment with kitchen, washing machine, great view from the room, hige bathroom with a big size shower nice modern building with good facilities.
Place and location too good.Very closed to TRX mall.Even We enjoyed Infinity pool the most.
Completely recommended this room/building.
Finally the host who gave us key Mr Shariful this guy too helpful. As we need he send us very fastly.

Shariful,being very2 helpful,very polite as we are being assisted very quickly during check in.The room was very clean with such a nice view.We are attended by very quickly upon asking for amenities..sure will come back to stay whenever we coming to kl for holiday...

The apartment was great and in a great location only 5 min walk from the pavilion shopping Center

The unit (family suite) is spacious and generally clean. However there is an unpleasant smells in the toilet which I believe it is due to the poor air ventilation. Placing some kind of air refreshner could help to resolve this issue. The rest is good especially Mr Shariful who is always ready to assist.

Ok the bad :
1) price vs quality 7/10 ( RM90 PN in KL) too much for this.
2) smell in main toilet and general cleanliness 5/10
Was given a unit on 45th floor that had OLD DIRTY furniture for a new apartment !
The smell in main bathroom was horrendous.
The service by Mr Shariful was excellent though even though I was upset with the apartment.
For him I give a 10/10 as he was very polite,friendly and professionally ON TIME.
It’s not his fault the owner of the apartment is too cheap to clean up this apartment with better furnishings etc….
I’m pretty sure when I put in search function for balcony accommodations that this apartment fell on that category but on arrival sad to see NO BALCONY anywhere so they should remove that from filters.
This was also evident with a sauna picture on the site but no sauna in building.

The location was fantastic. We just had few nights and we can't wait to come back again for longer.So close to Bukit Bintang, Pavilion and TRX mall etc.The rooms are spacious and facilities are great. I travelled with our family and everything they needed was either in the apartment or short walk away.
