Hyatt Centric City Centre Kuala Lumpur

We were very satisfied; the room was spacious and comfortable. Since we booked at the last minute, the price was a bit higher. The staff service here is excellent, especially a Chinese male staff at the front desk who was very helpful. However, the breakfast options were quite limited. It would be even better if parking was free, as each entry and exit costs RM10.

After checking in, we discovered several issues. First, there were only half a pair of slippers. Second, some items in the mini bar were missing. It seems that the previous guest used them up but didn't replenish them. Therefore, we hope that the room linens can be provided promptly. By the way, the breakfast was quite good.

Although I was only in Kuala Lumpur for a day, my stay at Hyatt Centric City Centre was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff made me feel incredibly welcomed — friendly, professional, and always happy to help with anything I needed. The level of customer service here really stood out and made the experience memorable. The hotel itself is modern and well-equipped, with great amenities including a sleek rooftop pool, multiple dining options, and a 24/7 gym — perfect for travellers who want flexibility. The location is also ideal, just a 10-minute walk to Pavilion and the Bukit Bintang shopping/entertainment area. Even though it was a short stay, everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. I genuinely can’t wait to come back and spend more time here! Highly recommend if you’re visiting KL.

We got upgraded to a larger room as the receptionist saw 3 of us checking in, such amazing gesture! The toilet is a bit wet and smelly after shower. Otherwise all great. We needed a screwdriver to unlock my son’s toys , and they sent a technician to our to help us sort it out!

My new favorite hotel in KL! We travel to KL about 2/3 times a year and this is hands down best all rounded hotel for newness, design, location, service and value for money. All front desk staff were sooo sweet to us, accommodating to our every needs and helpful. Thank you all so much and we’ll be sure to be back again! ❤️
