Erm how to say cleanliness is fine is just that it is a dual key layout so you can’t put your shoes after you first door you need to open another door which is your place to put the shoes inside your house
Parking is not that friendly

Unit was not properly cleaned. Place was dusty. Although I had fully paid for the accommodation, upon check out, I still received an invoice showing an outstanding amount.

The rooms were clean well maintained comfortable and clean. However during check in it needs to pay cash for deposit. No online transfer or credit card available for deposit.
The parking situation is also very confusing and challenging to assess. Suitable for overseas travellers but not so much for local travellers with cars due to the parking complexity.

The room is quite spacious just like the photos. It depends on which building and floor for the view. We stayed at block C which is around 5mins walk from the reception building, that was a bit inconvenient when you were having luggage.
Terrible experience and my first negative review on trip.com booking…. We stayed for two night, for the second night, the bathroom heater was completely not working. We tried to call/ online call the reception but nobody answered. Then we tried to contact trip.com customer service for help, but they couldn’t reach the hotel as well. That was really frustrating and helpless…… We all ended up having cold showers..
As stated on trip.com, the hotel front desk should provide 24-7 service which is completely not true. We were very disappointed with this.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the little details like the complimentary drinks and fast Wi-Fi. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Staff was helpful, especially Alex Wong. He gave us an escort to car park to ensure we find the right way. It was decent for a short stay. Registered at lobby before you’re given a RFID to access to car park. Towels and basic toiletries are provided. View from the room at Jalan Tun Razak.

for such a price in the middle of KL — it is safe to say that my experience was nothing but such a splendid one. it has an AIRBNB concept, which makes it even more comfortable; you can get 2 rooms and one bath for only rm 180 instead of paying for only one room hotel.
the receptionist is friendly, the location is strategic and the distance to the heart of KL (bukit bintang) is merely 10 minutes by walking. parking can easily be found, and everything has been utterly pleasant for us.
the living room is spacious—the dining area is clean and arranged well, the two rooms are comfortable to sleep in.
