Overall quite and neat apartments with all amenities with balcony and nice view

The room I booked was Executive King but were given a queen. It was totally different from the photos shown. They should change to a better pillow.

The overall condition of the assigned unit is barely acceptable despite the room type looks totally different from the illustrated photos. there were two double beds sitting side-by-side in the only bedroom unlike the photo shown where only one double bed sitting in one bedroom each. The most disappointing factor was actually extended from the service side. First of all, no clear check-in and check-out procedures were given until we reached right outside the building. I tried to ask about early check-in availability, but besides than emphasising about the extra charge per hour of early check in and late check out, the person in charge never answer to question and even ask me whether I have made my booking even though I have already forwarded my booking confirmation to them the day before and even gotten their response to confirm. Yet, the most disappointing part happened when we found the aircon in the room was actually leaking while the two of us who sleep right below the aircon unit were awaken by having water dripping when we were in the middle of sleeping. After telling the person in charge about the issue, we got not just late response but also perfunctory “checking” telling us that the aircon should have no problem already without having technician to thoroughly check, without any tool (receptionist comes and check with no tool in hand), and ignore my request to change room. The toilet was in indescribable stinky smell all the time too.
