Stayed here for few hours before we flew. Staff amazingly friendly and helpful. Serve with a smile. Location is great. Noise is a bit of an.issue as some customers were shouting and a kid was screaming.
Overall.. Definitely will book here nexttime.

It's my second times staying in this hotel in recent years. Very close, walking distance to jalan alor market, no need to worries on meals. There is a convenient store right beside the hotel.
Big and spacious space for family room, water dispenser is ready at the lobby and every floor I guess. Which is a good advantage for travellers. Counter staff with good manners. Everything is good and worth the price.

Impressive environment and every corner is clean. 24 hours gate open, but very secure. If someone wants to stay with family I would say "what are you waiting for?"
& The hotel lobby is also perfect for meetings.

Hotel in a very strategic location, 5 mins walk to Jalan Alor, 10 mins walk to Pavilion. Hotel is a bit poorly constructed, even it was newly refurbished....
