Great hotel right in the city centre - walking distance from shopping malls and parks. We stayed in a 2br apartment and it was lovely, very clean and modern. On the 40th floor we had a view of the Petronas Towers. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were excellent and super helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at Imperial Lexis Kuala Lumpur. The service was excellent — the staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and professional. The team made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and a relaxing experience in KL.

Bad-During booking of room ,trip did not specify the room view.there for my view from the pool was block by a building.and I was told to upgrade with xtra fees..for the KLCC city view.
Good-breakfast spread was excellent n nice.
Dinner buffet was good too..
The staff was excellent.
Free carpark for hotel guest.

The sky pool was great for kids and nice view for city. Breakfast have a lot of varieties. Could be better if the fruits will be replenished asap when is empty. Booked a 2bed room suite

Upgraded to the premium pool suite. Room is cleaner and view is good. Not sure why pool jacuzzi is not working during the night.Will come again for another staycation.

My kids love it when they entet the rooms which attached with a decent pool.
Staffs are friendly and helpful, no issue with checkin & out. Will conside to return next round.

Staff very friendly and accommodative and helpful.Amazing experience and wonderful time, even for a night.Love the Skydeck and ultimate must try experience walking on glass overlooking of heights of more than 1000m over hanging ledge.
