The place is very nice and the very spacious! Walking distance to the twin towers and with a nice view! And it comes with free parking! Highly recommended! Will definitely stay here again! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Check in and out was easy process and relatively fast.
Room was clean and spacious. Very good for families with kids!
Value for money and location was very good. Just beside KLCC Suria. So many parts of the malls are actually walking distance which is very good bcos of the bad traffic in KL - which makes walking stimes faster than driving!
Parking was spacious too.
Will come back and stay here again if I return to KL one day with my family.

Tropicana The Residences offers a convenient stay in Kuala Lumpur, especially for those who want to be near Suria KLCC. The location is strategic, with just a 25-minute walk to Pavilion Bukit Jalil. Service is good, with a dedicated customer service number for requests like mineral water, and a RM200 deposit is required upon check-in. While the cleanliness is acceptable, the biggest downside is that the swimming pool is currently under repair. On the bright side, a free washing machine is available for guests, adding extra convenience to the stay.

Terrible cleaning standard, definitely avoid!!!
The disposal amenities are low quality and many of it are missing…feel itchy after sleeping on this bed.

The view from the room is spectacular especially at night. KLCC is within walking distance.
Asset don’t come with spacious waiting area for your vehicle during check in and out.
The room is a bit run down even though it’s only few years old and not very clean maybe due to manpower issue. TV is a little bit small, water kettle not working.
The swimming pool is poorly maintained with many tiles chip off or loosen, be careful when travel with minors. No towel provided like other Airbnb. 0800-2200hrs, subject to the weather.
No convenient shop in building but walking distance to few eatery and shopping malls.
The room got several defects like wallpaper falling apart, cabinet spoilt, lights in bathroom drop.
The view is good. Other than that it’s just a simple amenities unit.
