The facilities are not updated and new . But the pillows are the best among the hotels I stayed. The service was excellent.

Good service. The room is ok but i don't really like the design for the toilet. Need to step up to enter to the toilet, not really convenient for weak knee. Also, the wall of the toilet is not fully close , so there less privacy in doing business as you can hear everyone and everyone can hear you doing business.

Hotel room is clean and conveniently located
I have informed the staff that the hot water flask is not working but nothing was done. Air-conditioning in the room was leaking the whole night
