This place is a horror show. Worst place I booked in my life. Smells like smoke, urine and dirty. The location is great but this place will never be booked and I'm telling people to STAY AWAY!

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Hype
Stayed at the Luxury Suites at Berjaya Times Square expecting a premium experience, but it turned out to be anything but. The room was outdated and not well-maintained — stained sheets, dirty carpets, popped up tiles, stained bathtub and a musty smell that lingered throughout our stay. Cleanliness was below par.
Despite advertising as "luxy" the unit felt more like a poorly managed budget rental. The photos online were clearly misleading.
With so many better options in KL, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, or peace of mind. Definitely not worth it.

Stayed at A3817, East Tower, high floor, open concept unit with King-size bed plus sofa. Happy with good wifi. Convenient and clean. Please note that the food court "Taste of Asia" is under renovation, but there are lots of other eateries in Berjaya Time Square.

Hotel location is best. Hotel room is clean, however its toilet and carpet is rather run down. Need to significant renovation.
