Overall, it was OK for us, quite convenient. Only one thing to give feedback was the front desk service. There always is a long Q and slow. Even check out and need Q up. It should be prepared a kiosk for express check out. Hope it will be improved for the front desk service. Even long Q at the front desk, staff also have to smiling with the guests as this is a service and front desk for the hotel. Another thing is the hotel didn't have a water dispenser and an ice cube machine, maybe this was also very helpful to the guests.

The hotel is located in Puchong area which is considered to be a little off the town centre. Its part of a big complex including an office building, a few blocks of condo and the hotel itself. The shopping centre beside provides convenient choices of food but quality is not impressive. I like the gym where equipment suffice for exercises on vacation.

I truly enjoyed my stay here. It's about 15 mins to get to Mid Valley and less than an hour away from TRX mall. Very new hotel of three months. Breakfast spread is lovely! There is express laundry provided with a cost too. Very efficient.
Next door, you will find a small mall called Bloomsvale shopping gallery which has a 24 hours supermarket at the basement and also a Daiso. Most shops close by 10pm. There's also some eateries here in the mall and outside of mall too. Not too bad. Alot of children entertainment in the mall too.
I'll like to thank Zahirah for all her help to me during my stay. She helped me patiently with my queries and very thoughtful in assisting me with ideas on where to go during my time here. I'll surely return here again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Courtyard by Marriott Kuala Lumpur South, a stunning 5-star hotel located on Jalan Puchong. While the hotel is slightly further from the city center (KLCC) than some other options, the facilities and impeccable service more than make up for the distance.
The hotel itself is very new, having only opened in 2024, and it shows. Everything from the rooms to the common areas feels modern, sleek, and thoughtfully designed. The facilities are top-notch, with a well-equipped fitness centre, an inviting pool, and beautiful dining spaces that offer a great range of cuisines.
What really stood out to me was the service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable and memorable stay. Their attention to detail made all the difference, and I truly felt like a valued guest throughout my stay.
If you're looking for a luxurious stay with excellent amenities, and don't mind being a little outside the city center, Courtyard by Marriott Kuala Lumpur South is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended!
