Tropicana The Residences KLCC by ALMA

We have a fantastic stay in this place , Check in and out is incredibly quick and smooth. They have a representative on site who assisted us right away. The place was spotless , the location couldn’t be better. Directly across Petronas Tower and super accessible to KLCC , Highly recommended this place for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur !

Location is perfect right next to the twin tower, KLCC, many shopping malls nearby. Easy check in and front desk, even though they said they don’t have a reception but they use a whatsapp number for remote concierge service and have very helpful staffs who are efficient at the front desk. They helped me to book a local restaurant and they made checking out very fast and easy so that I can catch my plane. They have a nice pool and a gym, utility rate is not very high considering the number of rooms they have. They also allow residents to order Grab food delivery and there is a parking area for residents to board on the car that was ordered through the Grab e-hailing service. Room is very spacious and clean, just exactly aa how the photos are online, they don’t have a lot of towels in the room, but was enough for me as I was a solo business traveller, so I didn’t ask for extra towels. But I am sure they are happy to provide more if it is requested. They have water filtering system for drinking water and everything are in place, with iron and the ironing table. They also have all amenities you will need. It was a very pleasant stay and I will stay again.
