The cabinet door is spoiled and the door is not place properly.
The main entrance door latch is spoiled.
Living room smelly without turn on the air conditioner.
The bath room window surfaces are greasy and mold.
The bed sheets need to be replaced a new one.
Parking need to pay by customer.
Check-in process needs to be improved because customers have to call the foreign workers who is unable to speak well.

Very dirty place, we were given the benefit to late checkout through this app but when we informed the same they mentioned they will not be able to accommodate the late checkout request, it seems like a very shady place probably they might have hidden cameras as well, the towels were used and not washed, someone had used the toilet before us and had not cleaned it, someone we had to clean it ourselves, overall a very disappointing experience.

Firstly, I thought the bedroom and living room would be separated in that unit, but there were two beds in the same room. The bath towel wasn’t very clean and had an odor, and the slippers had been used before. The location is good, but I wouldn’t recommend it for long-term stays. The property owner was nice, and check-in went smoothly.

Quite scary with misleading fan. Look like hidden camera. We cannot sleep whole night because worry about this place security. We event go to police department to lodge a report regarding this fan..
They did not mentioned u have to pay extra for your parking while u staying there! Management promised U to give their access card to get discount for parking BUT NO! They did not give it! And u have to pay by yourself! Trip.com management so good but this place have a lot of miss information!!
