The Colony is kinda overwhelming at first with many many people bustling about, but tbh I found checking in very easy once I found the key lockers. Scan to get in your block and again in the lift to choose your floor. There's an external door before your room door and the place was very comfy. Good bed, warm showers, kettle and microwave if you need a snack, plus the view from the balcony for my room faced the Petronas Twin Towers so I was very lucky. The only downside was the aircon remote wasn't working but the thing still turned on when I flicked the power switch, plus there's also a fan if you need it. The second thing was the bathroom shower kinda stank bad and the water does not drain properly due to the floor tiling set incorrectly, not guiding the water to the drain, which is probably the cause of the smell. There's a 7-11 just outside plus a 24/7 launderette but the food market which was open until late was a saviour for me, selling iced tea for 2 ringgit which was a regular go to. There is also an amazing breakfast place close for nasi lemak (LemanJah) with a drink for 12 ringgit and a fruit market close by too with a place that sells a very tasty cendol durian at Kampung Baru I highly recommend to cool down for a treat. Overall a great place to stay and I will probably return when back in KL in the future

The location is excellent. Everything is close. There are shops and cafes downstairs. They accept payment from cards and Apple Pay. The pool is clean, the gym is small, I would like more space, but the view is beautiful!

Its not good as the picture they show.. not recommended. the toilet so smelly and the bed is so dirty.. they not clean it.. dont be fooled by the picture i think it's AI . it was so dirty that i booked another place

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. The room was filthy, there was no reception, and the building was in terrible condition. No signs, no directions nothing. I ended up sleeping on the floor because it felt cleaner than the bed. I requested a refund, but it was denied. Absolutely unacceptable

The hotel was good location and for cleaning is good but the service not provided every day the don’t have makeup room service also no slippers no water in room it’s only for sleeping that all but it was quiet good for the staff so nice and helpful reply in few times and give all details I really like it.for the airport pick up service I don’t recommend they take 180 rm and I arrived and I waited for the taxi driver around 20 minutes and I released it’s a big amount so even if you come night you can use grab to order taxi
