I can't understand why this property got 4.4 star rating. We encountered many problems.
1. We are a group with 6 pax traveling together and I booked for 3 rooms. I requested to assign the rooms at the same level since this is friends gathering travel. When we arrived, we were told that all 3 rooms are in different levels, even not near like 30+ and 40+ levels. We have no choice and accepted but the problem is that we 3 rooms cannot visit each other since we get only one key per room and that key can access only one level where the room exists. Whenever we want to visit one room, all of us need to go down to ground floor, meet there and follow to the room, very troublesome and very disappointed.
2. They mentioned that the rooms are non-smoking rooms but one of the three rooms got the smell of smoking and the worst is the common area outside of the room got very unpleasant smell, we going to vomit.
3. We booked twin tower view but the room I stayed, cannot see the towers from the living room. From bedroom, when open the window, can see the construction site view, can only see the edge view of twin towers.
4. I can say that this place is not suitable for solo traveller. Why am I saying so is that we were told that house keeping service is between 4pm to 9pm. We told them that we'll let them know when we are around and not to enter the room without us. But when we came back from outside at around 5/6pm, we found out that housekeeper entered our rooms without our permissions. They don't care the privacy&security of guests. We just left our valuable things in the room coz we never expected they'll enter the room without permission when we told them not to do so. We don't have the list of the items we brought and we couldn't confirm whether there got missing or not but what I can confirm is that we left the DIOR facial foam pack in the bathroom and we didn't see it when we're back, may be the housekeeper assumed it as empty and threw. It's the travel size one but it's """""DIOR"""".
5. The last thing is regarding customer service. We noticed that there is water leakage from the aircon in bedroom of the unit I stayed(Proof in attached pic). unfortunately, the water dropped into my luggage and caused some clothing wet. We immediately informed to customer service and they told us that the service guy will come in few minutes to check. We waited for an hour and no one showed up. We were there to visit around the city, not to stay in the room waiting them to fix issues. So, we text them again and they told us that it happen because of the aircon temperature and let the aircon rest for a while. This is the solution what we got after waiting more than hour. If we didn't ask them again, we won't get any updates from them till the end. Can't understand how the management work there.
