appreciate the staff’s attention to detail and the service given before and after checkin. it was so pleasant and welcoming! the view we had was facing TRX, and i love the city lights at night. it was all perfect to celebrate my pre-birthday celebration which the staff took into account as well.

************* for the cheapest price that we got from Trip.com and lucky enough for an awesome upgrade to a big sky room (loft).. Everything went unexpectedly smooth.. They were just opened on last April and we got some velvety dark chocolate 🍫

Was a pleasant stay at the hotel! Enjoyed the room and breakfast. However the porch at the ground floor was parked by cars and taxis couldn’t enter when it was raining heavily. Had to ran in the rain to board our taxi outside and was drenched.

Clean room. Strategic location. Near to TRX. However during breakfast time was a chaotic situation. It is very disorganised. Guest who arrived and ordered first didn’t get their food first. Before 9am the rice for nasi lemak already finished and was told to wait for an hour for the rice to cooked.

Convenient location. Under 5 mins walk to TRX and 11 mins to Pavillion. The size of the hotel is small but it's clean. Also plenty of food options just around the corner and at TRX.

We had a great experience staying in Lloyds on 25/5/2024. Very clean and comfortable. Love their interior design. Good location, which is about 5 minutes walking distance to TRX. Nice breakfast provided. And I love their free gift, dark chocolate! The only sad thing is we have to pay RM20 for valet parking.

Good location just a bit small room. Breakfast place a bit stuffy and cramped but the food great. Got the free upgrade room to loft with stairs but i prefer standard i booked earlier. Got the the free cookies too and tasted good buttery
