Very disgusting. Over 10 cockroaches in the unit. I saw a lot of cockroaches crawling in and out of the kitchen cabinets and the bathroom! It’s terrible!

The hotel was clean, host has arrange self check in for us, not so sound proof, noise from construction until 12am for my first day check in but we able to sleep

Just had a wonderful family stay at Neu Suites ...The place was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Our unit had a small kitchen, so we could prepare simple meals, which was super convenient with kids. The beds were comfortable, and the space was just nice for our family.
The pool area was a big hit with the kids—clean and well-maintained. There’s also a gym for those who want to work out. The location is strategic, with easy access to malls, restaurants, and attractions around KL.
A small downside was some construction noise during the day, but it wasn’t too disruptive for us. Also, the check-in process could be smoother, but overall, it was a great stay for the price! Would definitely recommend for families looking for a cozy, budget-friendly place in KL.

The bed and pillow is good. My son love the hot shower. Our room located at higher floor so we can enjoy the night view. No receptionist but they will WhatsApp ypu for self check in.

The room is awesome comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the city is visible from the room, basic facilities are provided and the good thing is that the hotel has a restaurant near hotel with delicious food, and I don't get attracted to the pool I am because the pool is on the second floor. Not as expected. The rest you can enjoy by staying here, is highly recommended.

Dont really complain a lot, but there's no cleaner for 3 days we stay, they dont even give extra trash bag, literally only one, the apartement is small
