I honestly don’t understand how this place got so many positive reviews. The service was awful. Housekeeping doesn’t clean the room unless you pay extra—something they never mentioned before booking. I confirmed with their customer service beforehand, and they clearly said rooms would be cleaned daily. That’s misleading and dishonest. There were no basic amenities like slippers or a shower cap. The white towels were dirty, not absorbent, and completely useless. No receptionist at the lobby—only rude, unprofessional security staff. The air-conditioning in the building barely works, and the lift lobby is always crowded. The elevators are a nightmare: long waits and always packed. In contrast, Sleeping Lion next door offers much better service for a similar price. This place is absolutely not worth your money. Avoid it if you care about comfort and service. I genuinely feel sorry for the foreign tourists who chose Kuala Lumpur as their holiday destination but ended up staying in such a poor-quality hotel. Experiences like this can really damage the impression they have of Malaysia. 我真的不明白这家酒店怎么会有那么多好评？服务实在太差了。客房清洁需要额外付费，他们在预订前根本没有提到这一点。我事先还特别向客服确认过，对方明确说每天都会有清洁服务。这根本就是误导和欺骗。 房间里连基本的用品都没有，比如拖鞋和浴帽。白色毛巾又脏又不吸水，根本没办法用。 大厅没有前台，只有态度非常差、非常不专业的保安人员。整栋楼的冷气几乎不运作，电梯大厅经常挤满人。电梯简直是噩梦，等得超久，而且每次都挤满了人。 相比之下，隔壁的 Sleeping Lion 服务好得多，价格也差不多。如果你在意舒适和服务，真的不要住这里，完全不值得花这个钱。 我真的替那些选择吉隆坡作为假期目的地却不幸住进这家酒店的外国游客感到难过。这种体验严重影响了他们对马来西亚的印象。

Good location and good view. But, bad lift and also parking can be quite pricey on weekend. Overall, satisfied on staying here.

We booked the place to attend concert at Mega Star Arena at Sungei Wang Plaza. Location is great, walkable to every places in Bukit Bintang area. There is a convenient store at the ground level to get basic necessities. Communication with owner is professional, clear and timely. All the rooms are provided with basic necessities as indicated. We love everything about the place.

Location is great just behind of Sleeping Lion hotel.The room is big enough to accomodate 3 of us and the host is fast response. Negative : On the last day, the toilet smell so bad and the check out time is at 11 AM. I will Still recommend this place for the price and location.

I had a wonderful stay at this residence, the team staff are helpful, and provided a very detailed explanation of the self check in process. The location was perfect, just behind lot ten, 5 minutes walking distance to pavilion, Fahrenheit and starhill，look forward to stay here again.

Great location with reasonable price. Staying one night with families at the 2 bedroom unit.. All good and very convenient..
