There were a lot of unknown hairs on the bed and sofa. It was very dirty and a bit disgusting. We didn't get a good rest at all and there was no cleaning staff to replace them immediately. We still needed to replace them ourselves.

very good location. but the way how they collect the deposit can be more streamline and they should be more prompt and on-time to provide checkin details the night before instead of me still checking for the checkin details on the day of checkin itself otherwise, it's a good and pleasant stay.

Great location. Near to pavilion mall. Alot of nearby places to eat. Check in process is very smooth. The agent respond to my queries quickly. Room: its clean abd feels very homey. The apar**ent has 5 lift thats serves 40+ floors. So using lift can be very challenging. Ps. Its near to Jollibee 😅 around 10 - 15 mins walk

All is good , bed are clean and toilet are perfect, all stuff and kitchen appliances are new and good, wifi good, Netflix good , view are good, air con and washing machine are good and new. All perfect

Lovely room and the person in charge of the room we got was also very responsive. Just that, be prepared to have to wait to meet the PIC for the room you book as they’ll need to collect the incidental fee or something. And will tell you where to collect the key card. Other than that, room we had was clean and location was perfect.

There are alot of ants found on the sofa and in a bedroom, some ants were crawling on the bed. Feedback to the host and they immediately sent cleaner to clean up the bedroom. Believed it was the previous guests who left the mess. If Host can eradicate this ant issue, would give 5/5 on the cleanliness. One of the TV controller was faulty, tried changing the battery and still the same. Host was informed and Host follow up service was fantastic! They knew it was not us who spoiled it.

Room is ok but only the location is a bit complicated.
