I arrived later in the evening and, despite a mix-up where I was supposed to check in at the Hilton Garden Inn South, I ended up at the Hilton Garden Inn North. To my pleasant surprise, they upgraded my room, granting me a much nicer view. The breakfast was delightful, and the rooms met all my expectations. There was a slight bit of noise early in the morning, but it wasn't a significant issue. Overall, the value for the money was excellent.

Room was fully equipped. The most important for me is iron inside room. Its really convenient compare that u have to go outside room to iron clothes.. room very clean & comfortable.. thank you!!

I travelled to 6 countries in southeast Asia this month with 6 family members from US & Philippines . this guy made it all worth while with his professionalism. he went above & beyond to help. my mom left her phone in a Grab car & we contacted Grab, who contacted the driver, who denied having the phone. my brother in US tracked all the movements of the phone, & this guy helped us recover the phone only 1 hour before we departed Malaysia . now concerning the hotel: our stay was great. no issue. nice breakfast. nice dinner. clean pool, clean rooms & common area. complimentary things also provided. we enjoyed shopping just right across the street & less than 50 meters from hotel entrance. I am a licensed professional & multiple business owner. we choose Malaysia now over all 10 Asian countries we've visit this year, much in part because of treatment of the staff @ this hotel. if I were a military commander, the 2 security guards that work there would be the highest ranking officers in my Brigade

We booked this hotel because it has a room with the petronas twin tower view. We arrived at 6am and was able to check-in at 1pm. Their hotel lobby is small but their service is great.

Nice hotel with a great view of the city. Located not too far from the city and the station is within short walking distance. Staffs were really nice too. We’ll definitely stay there again on our future visit to KL.

Location is good and the price somewhat good, but I guess you get what you pay for. Service and cleanliness left a lot to be desired compared to other similar priced hotels in Bangkok or other Asian cities. We stayed 6 days, but on the 5th day me and my partner didn't feel so good after eating the breakfast. Probably something was contaminated. Other than that everything fine.

Specifically chose the room with a view of the Twin Towers and Observatory. Really good place to rest in but outside the hotel is a bit crowded with flea market pop up stalls

Good location just 5min walk from ChowKit Monorail Station. Easy access to Wet Market, 300m walk to Kampung Baru. North wing more spacious than South wing.

Great location accessable by public transport to prime location in KL. Although not in the heart of Bukit Bintang and KLCC, but we love the quietness of the area. Local eateries and stalls nearby give the vibes to the area. Nothing to complain about the view from the room. Amazing mixture of new and old of Chow Kit.

The hotel room isn't very clean; you can see some dirty stains around. When you first walk in, there's a not-so-nice smell. All these things made my stay not so great, and I've decided not to book this hotel again.

Worst hotel ever i have experienced. Because of dirty carpet smell. They cleans corridor carpet but not the room carpet. Which looks like almost never had cleaned. Stayed 3 nights, but room service worker did not clean our room just for once! We had to write a letter to worker, but he did not do vacuumed floor, or anything we asked for. And made us remind that he read the letter. He put it another place lol. And there was no way to open any window, we had to stay dusty, smelly room for nights. Worker did not give towels, bottle of water for everyone. Sometimes he did not make a bed. Did not change bedsheet. Ugh! Location is not that good. But not bad. Only one reception served. Had to wait in queue everytime almost ten minutes to see them. Rooftop bar and pool is ok. But the Chef is not professional. We bought Friut salad. But it smelled and tasted raw meat. They have cut same board! Could not eat! Careless!

Booked a Queen room but the room given was a much smaller than the pic shown in booking though still a Queen (small size) bed. Asked to change to a Queen room as seen in the booking, only to be given a slightly larger but still not as large as the room in the pics. Certainly no bench! Felt cheated

They gave me a different room than the one I ordered, it wasn't cleaned, the room service didn't come for 2 days, the employees were very reluctant to serve, the hotel gave me an extra bed that was very old and smelly.
