Situated in a good location, essentially in the middle of Pavilion, TRX & Time Square, thus seems like a very popular spot for family stays, so the lifts are too small and too few, best to avoid peak hour (like around 10am+) lifts usage, expect to wait 15-20min before being able to exiting the building. Another note is the security at lobby won't hold luggage for you if you intend to check out and do some outing, they will only hold luggage for people who are waiting to check in.

The sewer’s smell were very strong. Other than that, it’s an amazing stay.
