Axon Residence 3 Mins Walk to Bukit Bintang and Pavilion KL

Terrible experience! 1. No luggage storage after check-out! 2. Someone in the next room was smoking and making a lot of noise. The soundproofing was terrible! 3. The elevator took at least 15 minutes to arrive. 4. There were cockroaches on the terrace 🪳 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱 Overall, I will never stay in this apartment again.

The location is excellent, close to various shopping malls and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and the air conditioning worked well. I've stayed here many times and will return again.

Good apartment rental, the place is clean and near shoping mall by walk and center of Bukit Bintang activity also with view of Twin Tower & KL

Location is good but if it is not convenient if you have a car as parking is super expensive , it's just park for 1 night.

The hotel is in a great location, and is perfect for a place to leave bags and crash at night if you like going out and about during the daytime. There is a gym and pool which are nice, although the other side of the hotel (owned by a different company- sleeping lion) have benefits which include towels specific for the pool and a proper check-in reception desk. The location is this hotels largest strength, its ideal for anywhere in the city centre, it’s extremely convenient. Overall the stay was positive, the only negative was the lift (elevator), it once took 25 minutes to leave the building because of the large number of guests and only 4 elevators (one is used for staff). Average time to get the lift was around 10-15 minutes so take that into consideration when planning your day. Note, you cannot leave you baggage at the hotel once you’ve checked out so if you have an evening flight you’ll be stuck with your bags for the day - I recommend the app ‘bounce’ you’ll find nearby location that accept luggage for the day.

Pleasant stay! Location is very near Pavilion, Lot 10, Sungei Wang, TRX (walking distance) But calling for grabs takes very long as there long queue coz of the location
