Check in on 30 August Room 2117 the Toilet Plaster Ceiling need to Skim and Repair. Fragments of plaster ceiling fell down at Sink. Overall stay at Four Points is Good and Satisfied.

Just 2 mins walk to Bukit Nanas Monorail station and 10 mins walk to Suria KLCC shopping mall. Room is clean and big.

I had an incredible stay at the Four Points. The hotel is only 2 years newly refurbished I believe, and the rooms and common areas were spotlessly clean. The hotel is walkable to many tourist spots and local gems too. Traffic does get bad around this area of KLCC but this can be circumvented by using Beam scooters or walking.
I can’t praise the team enough for how friendly, helpful and kind they were during my stay. I stayed in two different types of room during my stay and unfortunately left some clothes in the first room by mistake. The team did their utmost to find them efficiently and returned them to my new room!
Breakfast was a banquet, and offered a variety of local and international dishes for every palate. The fruit was fresh and sweet mostly. The pool is a good size, and water slides for all until 7pm! I will definitely try to stay here again when I’m next in KL.

Great experience. The pool and playground is absolutely welcomed by family with kids.
But the traffice noise made by motorbike at mid-night is definitely affected the sleeping quality.

Nice place for family getaway. You can just stay at the hotel for kids activity. If you're more adventurous, the monorel station is only short walking distance and 2 station away and u arrive at Bukit Bintang. Very happening at night

We had some issues during check-in and Hafiz was very good to assist and we even gotten our rooms upgraded to city view with connection rooms.
All the staff are very friendly and service was impeccable.
We had a marvellous time spending our granddaughter’s 2nd birthday here!

My 6-night stay at Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur City Centre was exceptional. Upon checking in on July 20, 2025, I was impressed by the courteous and friendly service from the front desk staff member (whose name I unfortunately didn't catch).
I was assigned a room on Level 15 with a poolside view. For guests seeking views of the Petronas Twin Towers, I'd recommend requesting a higher floor with an odd-numbered room, as even-numbered rooms face the pool area. The hotel extends up to the 24th floor, providing plenty of options. My room was comfortable and well-appointed, though I should mention that housekeeping typically serviced the room between 3-4 PM during my stay.
The breakfast offerings met my expectations. The hotel's location proved excellent for exploring nearby attractions - I easily visited Suria KLCC, Pavilion KL, The Exchange TRX, and the scenic Saloma Bridge.
During checkout on July 26, 2025, Ms. Shiema at the front desk provided helpful assistance with my Marriott membership inquiry. I also enjoyed a visit to the hotel bar, where Mr. Thivagar's excellent service stood out - he introduced me to a delightful Spanish latte that I highly recommend.
I left thoroughly satisfied with my experience and grateful to all the staff members who contributed to making my stay memorable. The combination of professional service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location made this an outstanding choice for my Kuala Lumpur visit.
