We were assigned a KLCC view room on the 5th floor, which we were told was an upgrade. Before accepting, I specifically double-checked with your staff whether the room would be noisy at night. I was assured there had been no complaints about noise.
Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. Throughout the night, we were constantly disturbed by loud traffic noises, including motor exhaust sounds and police sirens. The noise level was so bad that none of us could sleep properly, including my 2-year-old baby. It was a really uncomfortable and disappointing experience, especially after the assurance we were given.
We had chosen your hotel expecting a restful and comfortable stay, but this experience was far from it. I hope the hotel will look into this seriously to prevent the same happening to future guests.

Hotel was clean, spacious and has great facilities in the swimming pool having nice slides and children playing area.
Breakfast was of good quality and with adequate variety for different cuisine.
Front office staff was welcoming and various staff from restaurant to hotel front porter desk were friendly and readily availing information when queried. Keep up the good work and will look forward to staying with you again the next time I visit KL. Thumbs up!

Hotel location was convenient, easy access to monorail and klcc. Room was clean, spacious and double bed size 1.3m can fit for 2 persons.Swimming facilities was superb my kid was enjoyed. Delicious and Quality food provided.Highly recommended 👍🏻

Check-In and Check-Out was a breeze.
Cleanliess is great and it is near all main malls and attractions.
There 2 LRT lines nearby too and made sight-seeing easy!

For those seeking for family trips this hotel is a must,bunk bed for the kids,pools with slide are one stop centre for families with kid's, my kid's are really enjoying their time in here while my wife going for the spa,furthermore it close to twin tower and plenty of other attractions in Kuala Lumpur,the staff also was very nice and willing to assist you on anything you got in your mind.

The breakfast is delicious, the staff is very attentive, the fitness center is of excellent quality, the swimming pool is beautiful, the room is well-designed and decorated, I like the work desk and the design of the room is very impressive, it is worth the price paid.
For Four Points in Phuket, Patong area, the hotel looks beautiful, but the walkway design is narrow, inconvenient to walk. At night, I woke up to go to the bathroom, hit the edge of the door post, and my eyebrow was broken. I had to go to the hospital to get more than 10 stitches. I informed the receptionist, but the hotel management did not take any responsibility. I felt bad and was not impressed with the services of Four Points in Patong, Phuket. This is a true story that happened during a seminar at the hotel. The topic was "service design". But when I actually experienced it myself, I felt that the hotel design there focused on the number of rooms and not on the convenience of the customers at all. I can say with full confidence that I was not even a little bit impressed.
