I have stayed there afew times before the services and cleaning were very well maintained but my recent trip was not that great. The bath soap bottles were left empty. The sofa had stains and even a pad next to it.. please also note that this is a service apartment and are not 24hr lobby so you need to make prior arrangements if your flights get in after 7pm. stay at your own risk..

there should be more housekeeping service. one every 7 days is not fine specially if you are traveling with kids. for such a big apartment, extra beds should already be provided for the kids instead of having to pay extra for them

simply awful service, for 2 weeks I have been trying to explain that they would transfer the deposit of $100 to a bank card, to which they answer that there is not enough data. Awful company five senses, the security guard downstairs said that this is always a problem

Stayed in this apartment hotel a few times before. Quite new property with clean and functional layout. Big open space design, minimalist concept in apartment with functional kitchen, washing machine, fast 5G internet, high speed elevators, quick checking and out. My favourite facility is the big gym at L6 with free weights, benches, and various fitness equipment for various body parts, good enough for keen gym goers.

I really liked absolutely everything. Very spacious and well-equipped studio. It is great that there is a washing machine with a dryer. Very large refrigerator. All kitchen utensils are available. Can manage to cook own food easily. Water filter in kitchen best one. The studio has a very large balcony. Excellent pool and gym. Very friendly staff. Nearby absolutely all malls and Petronas towers. If I come, I will definitely return to this apartment.

Location is great. Just walk next door is a shopping mall, many restaurants. Walk across the road is mrt station. Room is spacious fully equipped with washing machine. TV has many channels.
