Perhaps the worst stay I’ve experience with trip.com. It was in a terrible location, difficult to find and significantly smaller than what was advertised. There were no prior emails about how to obtain your key to your room until after midnight, despite check in being open from the afternoon. An all round terrible service from these so called luxury apartments.

I will definitely recommend this ! I had a great time here! Easy check in and check out! The room is big and clean! The location is perfect! The view from the pool area is excellent!

Nice apartment with very convenient location. 7-11 downstairs, mall across the road and lots of street food nearby. As well as that, close to transport and walkable to bukit bintang. Also the pool was very nice with good view of KL skyline

Apart from the nice view from the terrace there isn’t anything good about this apartment. Very very basic apartment with minimal furniture. The mattress was old and springs were piercing the back. The host doesn’t really care to facilitate anything. One towel is given regardless of the duration (3 days in my case). No hand towels, tissues or anything except one shower gel bottle that also is supposed to be used as hand wash. Dirty used kitchen sponge. 2 spoons and 2 forks were the only cutlery provided. Eating take away was a real mission as the only table is outside with ridiculous chairs which are not suitable for sitting if you want to eat. There is a horrible sewage smell from the kitchen sink which kept me awake with headache during the night by. Even repeatedly asking for new towels the request was simply ignored. Aircon was dripping water on second day which was fixed and not sure after how months the filters were cleaned as they were full of dust which explains the blocked nose on first night. The sound insulation is non existent. Despite being on 33rd floor you can hear every bike that passes the nearby highway which will ensure you don’t sleep at all. Super noisy at nights. Horrible internet. I have not seen such bad internet since 1999. Barely 10 mbit if you are lucky. Even mobile internet doesn’t get much reception up there. The pool is ok but does get crowded. Overall dissatisfied and surprised no one wrote a true review. So here is a true review that you can consider before booking. There is a 7-11 in the building and it’s walkable distance to major attractions. At least one plus point but given the fact taxis are quite cheap it doesn’t compensate the discomfort.

Always been the best! Definitely easy to check in. Clean rooms. Nearby lots of places to eat. Great view too! Really loved this place. Host are also friendly and easygoing too!
