The overall service is very good. Recommended for family/friends in group. Convenient to enjoy the city centre especially around klcc, the view is not disappointing.

I recently stayed at here and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Provide free carpark. The place is generally clean and well maintained. However, there's no convenience shop nearby, which can be a bit inconvenient. The washing machine had a slight odor, which might need attention.

This was honestly one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. On the day we checked out, we found two bed bugs in the room. At first, we weren’t sure, but more and more bites have started appearing on my body since then. It’s extremely uncomfortable and distressing — definitely not what you’d expect from a place claiming to provide a safe and clean environment. What’s worse, the host was very irresponsible. I tried to reach out about the issue and to collect my luggage, which was still with them. They actually unfriended me on WeChat, which left me feeling helpless — luckily, I still had their WhatsApp to continue contact. I’ve also contacted Trip.com to ask about a refund, but the host has not responded to them either, which makes things even more frustrating. No guest should have to deal with this kind of situation. I truly hope this gets resolved and please reply back to trip.com team DONT JUST IGNORE — but I also hope future guests are warned. This is not acceptable.
